At age 25, Asheville based multi-instrumentalist Matt Williams reaches listeners with his unique approach to songwriting and improvising. With four records underneath his belt, and a fifth album set to release in late 2010, he is quickly becoming one of the most in-demand artist in the region.  

MW is a member of Vertigo jazz Project, Josh Blake's Juke Box, Uncle Mountain, and a frequent guest of regional acts like Holy Ghost Tent Revival, Now You See Them, and The Mantras.  Williams is also a resident musician with the Asheville Jazz All-Stars.
